(3) Since the weight of the copper wire is calculated by deducting the weight of the package after weighing, the weight tolerance of the wire reel is very high. For example, the weight of PC10 wire reel is required to be controlled at 500 ± 2g, and the weight of PT90 wire reel is required to be controlled at 3900+30g;

(4) In order to reduce costs, the user unit requires that the wire reel can be recycled repeatedly.

Horizontal loading of wire reel is not allowed. Lying flat will loosen the cable winding and easily damage the cable and Cable Reel. Power cables are generally wound on the cable reel for transportation, storage, and laying.

The short section of cable less than 30m can also be rolled into a circle according to the small bending radius not less than the allowable radius of the cable, and transported at least after being tied up in four places. Cables and mining cables used to be mostly of wooden structure, but now they are mostly of steel structure.
