PN300 plastic reel is divided into three types: one type, assembly type large cylinder and assembly type small cylinder.
1. A body type
By injection molding machine one-time injection molding, adhesive cap synthesis. Dynamic balance is good, the weight is 1.3KG, the plate reinforcement is more, and the normal weight can be 30KG. Used for wire, core wire, rope and other long-term turnover use; Because the dynamic balance is good, a small part is also used in the drawing machine (the glue plate is light in weight, a body dynamic balance is good, there will not be too much swing, but the life will be reduced a lot.)
2. Assemble the barrel in small size
The disc and cylinder are assembled and formed, fixed by 4 screws. The shaft holes are made of galvanized iron sleeves. The diameter of the cylinder is 130MM and the weight is about 2.1KG. It is used for copper wire, wire, wire twisted machine and wire drawing machine. The assembly type is stronger, the height can also be adjusted, and the size of axle hole can also be changed according to different needs. It is a strengthened version of the body type, but the dynamic balance is slightly weaker.
3. Large assembly barrel
The disc and cylinder are assembled and formed, and fixed by 4 screws. The diameter of the cylinder is 155MM, the weight is about 2.12KG, and the normal weight can be 50KG. Only the size of the cylinder is different from that of the assembled small cylinder (the special wire requires higher bending degree and the large cylinder can better protect the wire).
